Omg has it really been 3 months since I last posted anything? Time sure flies by when my life is getting sucked up by work.
Just wanted to post a little something I’ve been meaning to get done. My friend came to me looking for a logo for his band, “Bear and the Secret Universe.” He had the image in his head but needed me to put it on paper. Or, hah, a computer screen. This isn’t the final version as I think the font will be changed, but I’m pretty proud of the image itself. WOOT!
Did some logo designs for my friend’s food blog. Only one made the cut, but I still love the “vintagey” feel I gave all of them.
Sending out some hand-drawn Christmas cards to past employers to spread the holiday cheer :)
A few sketches I did in my free time. I really love Prismacolor’s brush pens because they have such variations in their lines.
Uploading some old works. I was obsessed with micro pens for a while in college and decided to go crazy with them after seeing what they can do. My love for vegetable characters and robots served as the theme for this piece.
My first spray-paint screen print! HSGJELY was an amalgamation of my small group’s initials so I thought bread and jelly would be a nice picture to go with it :D I love that spray painting anything always turns out looking crisp but unique even in reproductions.
